Delivery

Products are shipped according to the terms specified in the quote, order or order confirmation.

Transport, packaging and insurance costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only, unless a specific written commitment has been made.

Receiving the products

The customer must check the condition of the package and equipment upon delivery. In the event of damage, a damaged package, missing product or reservation, the customer must make the necessary reservations with the carrier and inform POSTUROSCAN SAS as soon as possible.

Installation

POSCAN is designed for fast installation with assisted setup. Depending on the selected offer, installation may be carried out remotely or with dedicated support.
